REPLACE FRONT BRAKE ROTARS

Today's task was to replace both front rotors as the old ones had cracks on it.First we put the car on hosts and took out the tyres , removed the calliper, took out the old rotors and put the new ones back and applied some brake cleaner on them. I enjoyed the task. TOOLS THAT I USED ON THIS TASK.

CYLINDER LEAKAGE TEST

FOR this task first I took out the sparkplugs using the right socket, then i did leakage test with my tutor and cleaned spark plugs before i put them back.

CHECKING AND CLEANING THE BRAKE PADS

I used CRC Brake Cleaner and brake/calliper grease for this task. To take wheels out first I used tyre air gun and impact sockets.

The "Metal" in Gas Metal Arc Welding refers to the wire that is used to start the arc. It is shielded by inert gas and the feeding wire also acts as the filler rod. MIG is fairly easy to learn and use as it is a semi-automatic welding process.
